I first tried your Dram Voltage setting of 1.525v with timings of 10 10 10 32 2N and the result was a blue screen during boot, so i then reset the BIOS to default and tried again with the 1.55v Dram setting and the PC booted straight into windows. I read that the limit on ram speed which tests very high in the lab is partly the board design, which must have carefully matched lands from the sockets, etc., for closely matched propagation times. With XMP enabled @ 2400MHz I have managed to go from 18-18-18-38 to 12-12-12-27. This seems like a pretty huge drop in latency, makes me wonder if intel are calculating the throughput and using that to calculate a frequency. That solved it for me.
